Bonjour Vincent,

the problem is that it is empty upstream as well.

Would you like to ask Upstream to add it back ?  Otherwise, I will need
to copy it from http://www.tcoffee.org/Projects/tcoffee/#DOCUMENTATION
(assuming that the MS-Word documents are the source).
