[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#689021: Typo in package description(s)

Dear Debian Med Packaging Team!

There is a small typo in the package description of camitk-imp. Is says
"CamiTK Helps researchers" but it should be "CamiTK helps researchers"
(lowercase h).
Please consider using the same first paragraph in all the descriptions of the
source package camitk.
