[Debian-med-packaging] In need of Java help (Was: Bug#718850: trimmomatic: Please use default-jdk as a build dependency)

Hi,

I prepared some update od the package (latest version in SVN) that fixes
the bug and does some more cleanup. However there is some problem with
a missing MANIFEST.MF file which is in fact missing and my (deactivated)
patch which simply stripped this of from build.xml did went only a little
bit further.

Any ideas (ffel free to upload a fixed package without coming back to me)?

Kind regards

       Andreas.
