[Debian-med-packaging] Trimmomatic is lacking MANIFEST.MF file

Hi Bjoern,

I tried to update the Trimmomatic Debian package to the latest version
(0.30) and noticed that the build failed because of a missing
MANIFEST.MF file.  It seems you simply forgot to include it into the
downloadable source tarball.
