[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#719030: Bug#719030: logol: fails to build with new version of swi-prolog

logol.pl fails to compile with new version with error:

prolog/logol.pl
ERROR: Prolog initialisation failed:
ERROR: source_sink `library(dialect/assertions)' does not exist

I am investigating the root cause.
