Hi,

as yu can see in bug #731017 the needed libopen-mpi is not available on
the mentioned architectures.  It seems to be reasonable to remove the
package from the mentioned architectures since mothur is typically not
used on these architectures and we have only poor chances to test
alternative implementations.
