[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#731190: Why is libjogl-java not available on kfreebsd (Was: Bug#731190: qiime: uninstallable on kfreebsd)

Hi,

is there any reason why libjogl-java is not available on kfreebsd and
thus the dependency chain is broken?  I can only see libjogl-java is

  Architecture: all

Before I might exclude kfreebsd from qiime packaging I would like to
understand the background.
