This is mainly a test tool. It statically creates the same example
reports. It is only part of our install script since it was requested by
one or two users some time ago. However we would recommend not to
install it with the dcmtk Debian package.

> usr/bin/readoviw
> usr/bin/readwlst
> usr/bin/writwlst

All of these are used from the CGI scripts that come with the worklist
server's web frontend. They should never be called by users on the
commandline. They should go with the the dcmtk-www Debian package. Since
they are not meant to be called directly do they need a man page? I
don't know what the Debian policy is here, do you?
