[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#731868: igstk: please switch to B-D: libopenigtlink-dev

Hi Dominique,

please raise your hand if you have time constraints to fix this.  Since
not even the current version in Debian please make sure to commit all
your changes to SVN first.

Please also state whether you mind if I might switch the cdbs packaging
to dh in case I might face problems to get hardening options propagated.
