[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#698415: weak dependency in orthanc B-D

Package: orthanc
Severity: normal

orthanc fails to build from source in some case. Upstream expect:

  set(GTEST_SOURCES /usr/src/gtest/src/gtest-all.cc)
  include_directories(/usr/src/gtest)

  if (NOT EXISTS /usr/include/gtest/gtest.h OR
      NOT EXISTS ${GTEST_SOURCES})
    message(FATAL_ERROR "Please install the libgtest-dev package")
  endif()

while

libgtest-dev=1.5.0-1 does not provide it. I would assume B-D is missing:

libgtest-dev >= 1.6.0

Thanks
