[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#715433: epigrass: update to python-sqlalchemy 0.8

Hi Thorsten,

there is some commit in SVN regarding a new version (upstream has
released another minor one).  To fix the bug below it seems to be
appropriate to upload this new version but you dropped the following
line in SVN:

   TODO: wait for package python-sqlsoup

I have seen your ITP #712411 about this but the package is not yet
arrived.  Could you please give some status update whether you think
it is reasonable to wait until python-sqlsoup has arrived you would
you prefer to fix the old version in Debian for the moment.
