[Debian-med-packaging] hmsbeagle-jni in java.library.path ...problem

Dear admin,
I`m user of BEAGLE/BEAST and I have a problem with hmsbeagle-jni whuich can`t loaded by BEAST. I`m using two systems OS vista 32 bit and also XP.
Is there any solution to this bug?
