Dear Cédric,

I just updated Debian's t-coffee package to version 9.03.r1318.

Debian has systematic changes on packages, and I would like to report the two
following issues.

First, we found a bunch of English typos in the t_coffee program.

 UNKOWN UNKNOWN
 Informations Information
 Environement Environment
 exceded exceeded
 usualy usually
 enviroment environment
 succesful successful
 sytem system
 Compatability Compatibility
 charaters characters

Second, there has been an extensive distribution-wide screen for conditions
that lead packaged programs to crash. For T-COFFEE, the results have
been reported in the bug 716373 in our tracking system.

I hope that it can be useful to you. If possible, please give us feedback so
that we know whether we can close the bug or not.

Cheers
