Thanks for pointing this to me! Actually, this bug is already fixed in 
the mainline:

It is related to a bad handling of signed pixels. I attach two previews 
of your DICOM file, one coming from Orthanc 0.5.2, and the other one 
coming from the Orthanc mainline.
