[Debian-med-packaging] dependency change for r-cran-genabel and med-statistics

Hi Jeroen,

could you please tell us what version of r-cran-genabel and
med-statistics you are refereing to?  Both latest versions are Depending
from r-bioc-qvalue.  To provide this information reliably it is a very
good idea to use the reportbug command line tool.
