[Debian-med-packaging] Patches and reported issues for AmpliconNoise

Hello,

I just uploaded the latest version of AmpliconNoise to Debian and would
like to make you aware about some patches we introduced as well as some
issues that recently were reported as a result of some automatic test.

For the patches you might like to have a look here:

Please feel free to apply the patches to your upstream code at your
preference.  The purpose is commented inside the patch file.  Hopes this
helps to enhance your code.

There are three issues reported by the Mayhem security test suite and
you can get an overview about all these here:

   http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?src=ampliconnoise

Please note:  It is not really sure whether these are real issues of
just false positives.  In any case it would be nice if you could
report back about these three reports.
