[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#710807: ncbi-blast+: FTBFS on mipsel: project_tree_builder does not work

Justification: fails to build from source

The mipsel build of ncbi-blast+ is failing because project_tree_builder
(an internal tool used to streamline the build) segfaults:

  /.../ncbi-blast+-2.2.28/c++/scripts/common/impl/create_flat_makefile.sh: line 201: 15504 Segmentation fault      $ptb -version > /dev/null 2>&1
  ERROR: ./build-system/project_tree_builder/project_tree_builder does not work

I am investigating this failure on eder, and will follow up as I learn more.
