[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#710205: Please binNMU njplot against Motif-using libvibrant6

I recently switched Vibrant from Lesstif to Motif per the latter's move
to main, and reuploaded its sole reverse dependency, njplot, accordingly
(per #710205).  However, njplot accidentally hit several autobuilders
ahead of ncbi-tools6; could you please schedule rebuilds for the
affected architectures?  (Some of these will have to wait further for
dependencies to catch up.)

By my reading of http://release.debian.org/wanna-build.txt, the
following syntax should DTRT; please feel free to tweak the NMU message
as desired.

nmu njplot_2.4-2 . armel armhf mips s390 s390x sparc . -m 'Really pick up libvibrant6; see #710205.'
dw njplot_2.4-2 . armhf mips s390 sparc . -m 'libvibrant6'
