boost-thread, now links/requires against boost-system. And up until
recently, the dependencies between boost-thread & boost-system
packages was missing.
I took, 3.4.0.1-3ubuntu1 from ubuntu, and it compiles correctly in sid.
I think I'll just upload a fix for this.
