[Debian-med-packaging] davinci resolve package (rfp)

I thought I might share this post as this might be attractive for 
videotool packagers

(This software requires an 'nvidia' card (uses cuda cores))

Apparently this software was a gran on the market.. it's no emergency to 
package, but believe this can be a plus because there's no other video 
tool like it
