As explained before, the problem is here:

...
checking for f77_alloc_ in -lf2c... no
checking for f77_alloc in -lf2c... no
checking for F77_ALLOC_ in -lf2c... no
checking for F77_ALLOC in -lf2c... no
not found
...

however libf2c is clearly installed on that system.
