This does not really matter, because even if these are not found, igraph
still uses -lf2c, here is part of configure.ac:

     AC_CHECK_LIB([f2c], [f77_alloc], [],
        AC_CHECK_LIB([f2c], [F77_ALLOC_], [],

  LDFLAGS="${LDFLAGS}"

It does work, at least the library and both packages are built, according
to the log file you have sent me. Whether it is functional I don't know.
