dciodvfy does not seems to cope with JPEG 2000 Part2 family it fails with:

$ dciodvfy lossypart2.dcm
Error - Undefined value length of other byte/word element is illegal in non-encapsulated transfer syntax
Error - Dicom dataset read failed

$ dciodvfy losslesspart2.dcm
Error - Undefined value length of other byte/word element is illegal in non-encapsulated transfer syntax
Error - Dicom dataset read failed
