[Debian-med-packaging] QTL new upstream + mott-happy status (Was: Further Update on R 3.0.0 migration)

Hello,

1. The R/qtl package I did not update any higher because of the freeze the versioning trouble we got for our work on BOINC. This should now be updated.

2. My instant thinking was that r-cran-mott-happy should be removed from the distribution, but then I saw about 250 installs on http://qa.debian.org/popcon.php?package=r-other-mott-happy and am a bit puzzled.

I do not know about what to do at the moment.

Steffen

Hi,

there was some work done since then but I have two questions to Steffen:

1. You uploaded

1.25-15-2

instead of following upstream and upload

1.27-10-1

Any reason for this?

2.

This is not yet touched and you once have put your fingers over it
which is expressed by the Remark on the tasks page[1] saying:

Steffen Möller is scientifically collaborating with upstream and
nothing shall happen to that package until authors give their
confirmation.

Can you please give some status update what to do with this package?

Kind regards

Andreas.
