sorry for the top-post, at least it is HTML-free ...

Thank you for the update of R/qtl, I have just seen it.
The development of that package keeps surprising me

There is not really any newer version to Happy. I suggest to redo the version currently in the archive for the R transition.

To help the R migration we should choose one option from:

1. Rebuild the current package
2. Update to latest upstream

Which one would you prefer?
