Hi,

I updated cufflinks to the latest upstream version as it was longish
requested.  I currently do not have time / motivation (because it is not
clear to me how urgent this transition might be) to work on the bug
below.  It would be great if those who worked previously on this package
could have a look.

Whilst rebuilding your package against boost1.53, I have noticed that
it FTBFS.

It now needs linking against boost system.

I have applied the following patch from gentoo to fix this problem:
https://launchpadlibrarian.net/138964671/cufflinks_1.3.0-2ubuntu1_1.3.0-2ubuntu2.diff.gz

Please consider applying this or similar patch to fix FTBFS against
boost1.53.
