[Debian-med-packaging] fis-gtm_6.0-001-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

Hi!

Unfortunately, I have to reject your upload of fis-gtm 6.0-001-1, due
to the following reasons:

* debian/upstream-files/*.html: These are under the GFDL, yet the GFDL
  is not mentioned in debian/copyright at all. Even worse, debian/* is
  said to be under the GPL-2+, which is incorrect.

Also, since upstream sources are under AGPL3+, there's little point in
putting the debian/ packaging under an older license, since the
combination will upgrade it to AGPL3+ anyway.
