I do not think that education is a waste of time ... provided that
besided the renaming we are educating our upstreams to make their
programs better.  I do not see any reason why we should stop teaching
upstream if it goes beyond security issues.  Our policy was not invented
out of thin air and spreading useful principles to our upstream will
finally serve all people who get in touch with the software in question.

I committed a patch to SVN (thus tagging the bug pending).  Please note
that I did

      s/legacy_blast\.pl/legacy_blast/
      s/blastpgp\.pl/blastpgp/

in all files showing the *both* script names (in Debian we also do not
have blastpgp.pl but there is blastpgp).

Please verify the correctness of the patch.

I also wonder whether the list of suggested packages (except of
t-coffee-examples) should not rather be Recommended.  As far as I
understood the other tools are really needed under certein circumstances
which does rectify some Recommends to my understanding.
