[Debian-med-packaging] [PhyML] report from crash tests.

Dear Stéphane,

PhyML is distributed by Debian and I would like to report the result of a
systematic screen for software crashes conduced on our whole distribution.

For PhyML, this resulted in the two following bug reports:

 - http://bugs.debian.org/716142
 - http://bugs.debian.org/716304

In addition, I would like to report a small patch that we applied to PhyML
in order to build it on architectures that do not support the SSE instruction set.
