[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#728412: FTBFS: sh4: cc1plus: error: unrecognized command line option '-m64'

Dear Maintainer,

uc-echo FTBFS on sh4 (maybe other 32bit architecture) with following error.

I created a patch which revise this problem.
Could you appply this patch?
