[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#722677: igv: copyright reference for jide-oss is outdated

Hi!

The copyright file still mentions the non-free license of jide-oss.
Since igv depends on the free libjide-oss-java package in Debian main
and because the included jar file of jide-oss has been removed a while
ago, it is no longer required to refer to this license in debian/copyright.
