As far as I can see, it builds, it just fails in the test suite.
Has anyone actually looked at why it failed?

Other packages just don't get built on the other arches anymore,
while they did build succesfuly. So they can't move to testing
unless you remove the previous version that are now in unstable.
So either this bug is RC, or we need to file bugs against the
reverse dependencies of this package.
