[Debian-med-packaging] [probabel] 05/05: Added TeXlive fonts package needed for building the manual to d/control.

Hi Lennart,

just for your information:  I added some bits of information to the
changelog.  Things like 

   * Add texlive-fonts-recommended to Build-Depends

are changes to the packaging which should be listed there.

I also added for completeness the "Move debian/upstream to
debian/upstream/metadata" which was done by James McCoy.

Things I personally would not add to the changelog are hints like

   Please see the original changelog for more details.

That's redundant in the d/changelog.  If there are new upstream versions
these will have documented changes.  It's no real harm but I have never
seen this in any d/changelog file.  There only very important changes
are mentioned which you want to bring to immediate user attention.

Please tell me if you are finished and somebody should sponsor the
package.
