[Debian-med-packaging] Any volunteer to support my request to HEP authors to fix their license - we have another dependency:libdsol1-java

Hi Tim,
I just fetched your last commit and realised that libdsol1 also is using
libcolt. To not get another chain of non-free packages just because of
this stupid license I wonder if you (and others!) please could join me
in asking the HEP authors to relicense the old HEP library. It's just a
matter of bureaucracy since later HEP versions are really free but the
old code used in libcolt has this "no military use" restriction. Please
prove the author that there is *real* interest and not only this stupid
single guy Andreas Tille bothering him with boring stuff about old code.
Here is a reminder about what I'm talking:
https://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-med-packaging/2014-February/025141.html
It would *really* help a lot if the HEP authors just write a short mail
that they drop the restriction.
Thanks
Andreas.
