Builds of staden-io-lib covering only its architecture-dependent
binary packages (as on the autobuilders) have been failing:

     debian/rules override_dh_fixperms
  make[1]: Entering directory `/«PKGBUILDDIR»'
  dh_fixperms
  chmod +x debian/staden-io-lib-examples/usr/share/doc/staden-io-lib/test/*.test debian/staden-io-lib-examples/usr/share/doc/staden-io-lib/test/*.pl
  chmod: cannot access 'debian/staden-io-lib-examples/usr/share/doc/staden-io-lib/test/*.pl': No such file or directory
  make[1]: *** [override_dh_fixperms] Error 1

Please run that chmod command only when debian/staden-io-lib-examples
actually exists.
