[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#757779: libquazip1-qt5 and libquazip-qt5-1: error when trying to install together

Ok I've checked the code and renamed the install file of headers as this
package was renamed. Patch is commited.

I've also added some Conlficts, Replaces, Breaks to the headers package
as the libquazip1-headers now exists in Debian ;)

I've also built the package using pbuilder without any problem. All
tests run fine on a sid base. Do you want me to test on experimental also?

I've checked the d/rules clean, it looks fine to me.
We can manually rm the build paths if you want.

If you agree with all the changes, I fully agree with a new upload
(hoping this one will be the last ;).
