[Debian-med-packaging] lbiquazip transition

If I correctly understand:
- the js.php.t.typo.js files are minified in the source tarball
- lintian raise a pedantic warning
source-contains-prebuilt-javascript-object for the same files
- lintian raise an error source-is-missing because the JS is minified
- I should include a non-minified source of this file inside the package?

A simple google search does not provide any reference about this script
(which is part of a "no-more-maintained" dokuwiki template)...

Can't we simply add a lintian-override?
