[Debian-med-packaging] libbio-graphics-perl status?

Hi Olivier,

I admit I remember that I worked on it but I don't remember why I did not
uploaded.  If it builds fine feel free to upload - I have no further plans
on it (and never had - just wanted to make sure that all our packages are
as best as possible reflecting latest upstream to meet the freeze date in
the best state we could have.
