[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#735453: Changes to libsbml

Hi Andreas,

I couldn't reproduce your error in pbuilder. Even after the newest
changes, it works (for me!) in svn-buildpackage, sbuild (for various
distributions and amd64/i386) and also in the fresh installed pbuilder.

But you got an CMake error while configuring:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:81 (MATH):
  math cannot parse the expression: " * 10000 + * 100 + ": syntax error,

This is new to me; no idea, why this happens...

Best,

Ivo
