hi,

the bug is related to a network access failure. It's not serious
and can be avoided by skipping the test by setting
MNE_SKIP_NETWORK_TESTS to 1 before running tests:

export MNE_SKIP_NETWORK_TESTS=1

should do the job.

this should be fixed with the coming debian package of the new release.
