Sounds indeed that tomcat shared library folder is not used anymore in
Tomcat8.
Seems that those libraries should be moved to $CATALINA_HOME/lib now....
Seems that each version changes this dir......

I think however we could avoid putting lib in such dir with an
appropriate context XML file. I gonna try such solution this week and
upload fix.
