[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#739306: imagevis does not like non-ASCII dir

Steps:

$ ls -al /tmp/télé/c60.uvf
-rw-r--r-- 1 mathieu mathieu 789473 févr. 17 17:18 /tmp/télé/c60.uvf

imagevis3d will refuse to load that file. Simply rename the dir to an
ASCII one, done.

So it would be nice of the non-ASCII-only people out there if there
was a way to load file from a non-ASCII dir.
