[Debian-med-packaging] Patches for ampliconoise

Hi Christopher,

I guess / hope you are aware that your progamm ampliconoise was injected
into official Debian (by the Debian Med team).  We just received a patch
to make the package build also with Clang (a gcc alternative).  This
patch is added to our patches dir which you probably would like to
inspect:

Please feel free to cherry pick from these patches which all have
separate descriptions for your next release of ampliconoise.  If you are
