[Debian-med-packaging] More packages for QIIME

Hi Andreas,

More QIIME dependencies heading into SVN.  These are not essential to
QIIME like Emperor but are still important for full functionality so I'm
adding them to Bio-Linux.

Good news is I think these are a lot better behaved than Emperor!  I've
tried make everything right for Debian if you want to include them.  I'm
getting close to a complete QIIME installation now.
