Oh, I just saw the bug report and jumped in. Maybe I am missing something 
from the previous discussion.

So in principle there is no problem with the Jessie/Sid version 1.5.7RC1 
of autodocktools?

Also the Wheezy version 1.5.6rc3 of autdocktools is working well?

But if you run the testing version 1.5.7rc1 of autodocktools in a 
VirtualBox on Windows7, you get these OpenGL warnings and the traceback?
