[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#736845: orthanc: Undefined symbol: _ZN3fLI7FLAGS_vE

This bug can be fixed by upgrading libgoogle-glog0 to version 0.3.3-1 [1].

The (unreleased) version 0.7.2-2 of the Orthanc package fixes this 
problem by setting the minimal version of Google Log to 0.3.3 [2].
