The build of the new gccxml was successful (one patch dropped, merged upstream and nothing more to say).
And the rebuild of insighttoolkit4 with the new gccxml too (only tested i386).

So for this package should just be needed a rebuild (and to tightteen the build dependencies for gccxml) and for the latter a new upload seems to fix this issue.

Steve, since you are uploader of both packages, do you think is feasible this solution?
I can do it if you allow me to, but I'll need a sponsor and a NMU for a new upstream snapshot is not a good idea.
