[Debian-med-packaging] Comments regarding libquazip_0.6.2-1_amd64.changes

Hi Eric,

I marked your package for accept but your debian/copyright might needs 
some clean up. The quazip/quazip directory now is simply quazip.
Although COPYING still contains LGPLv2.1 some file headers say something 
about LGPLv3. Maybe upstream can comment on this.
