Actually there is still an issue. You've bump the SOVERSION without
changing the VERSION. Which is illegal AFAIK:

It is non-conventional to change the SOVERSION when the VERSION does
not change. Please update VERSION to 3.6.2 (or anything different from
3.6.1).
