[Debian-med-packaging] Bug#750932: nut-nutrition now uses ~/.nutdb instead of ~/.nut-nutrition; breaks upgrades

It looks like the patch to use ~/.nut-nutrition (as described in the
README.Debian) is removed, and it is looking in ~/.nutdb again. If this
was on purpose, that's fine I suppose...

But it breaks upgrades, so you'd better but something in the NEWS file
and remove what is currently in the README, since it's wrong in that
case.

Otherwise, looks like this patch just got missed.
